Create an application to auto connect a list of vpn

Hi every one, I want create an application to connect a list vpn. That mean that I have 10 vpnserver, I need to login to this and get some information in my system. I have some problem when create that.
1/ I can connect using bath file, but how can disconnect this?
2/ If connect error, how can I get the response errors from openvpn.exe? Something like that
