Error to install OpenVPN 2.3.6

Hi,
I have a problem to install OpenVPN:
Two hours I try to install OpenVPN 2.3.6 for Win7 64bits
And, all the solutions I found on the web came to nothing. :cry:
Every time, I have this message: "An error occured installing the TAP device driver"
Please, help me!
