Implementing OpenVPN Server tu run on Android.

Hey there community!!
I have been wondering: is there a way to implement an open-vpn server-side runing on Android?? Those anybody know about an existing proyect with that feature?? I recently installed Servers Ultimate and it has a feature to configure a VPN server on your device, so, i wondered, why not for openvpn??
