Proxy behind Isaserver and domain

Hello
i have problem when i am connecting to my openvpn setting through our Office that is behind
an ISaserver /domain ... !
It asked me for user:pass but i tried all od ways like :
domain\username : pass
username@domain : pass
but none of them working and it said credential is incorrect !!
please help me about it
