Running OpenVPN as non-privileged user under Windows Vista

Hello,
article posted by pcfreak (located here: https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/w ... privileged) works very well on Windows 7, but on recent installation of WinVista I had XML errors when creating that particular scheduled task.
Could someone please point me to the right direction?
