New error message - Forefront proxy

Hello,

I have used an openvpn setting for couple years through a proxy from a workplace.
I have been getting this error message for couple days

When I used other applications, my login works fine, it just blocks with openvpn, any idea?

please post your configs/settings used for proxy server access.

are you providing the correct credentials to your proxy?
