Can't access LAN machines

I was very happy to finally connect to my remote pfsense box via OPVN. The problem that I am having is that I cannot connect to other machines on the LAN. My pfsense box has an IP address of 192.168.5.1, which I am able to access. When I attempt to connect to my asterisk server (192.168.130.250), the connection times out. When I use my linux box to connect to the VPN, I am able to reach all of the devices on the LAN with no problem. So what might be the problem with using the OpenVPN Connect client?

Have you added the line:

push "redirect-gateway defl"

I am assuming that is something I need to add to my ovpn file or is that something I am missing on pfsense?
