User on deny list

User on deny list

I just dl'd openvpn. Used it to watch an episode of a sitcom, then it dropped off. Now when I try to log back on, I get AUTH DENIED: USER ON DENY LIST

What gives? I haven't been around long enough to do anything to make them deny me.
