Problem with Farsi (فارسی) menu language android 4.x

if you are gonna use OpenVPN on android 4.x on an android device with Farsi (فارسی) menu, the app will show you a message about TUN.ko module error.
in the first time i thought its about the TUN so i downloaded TUN KO installer to solve this issue, apparently when you click on download you cannot download anything ( maybe phone not found or it is filtered in IRAN,whatever)
and out of sudden
one site suggest me about change device language (not keyboard the whole device menu language) from Farsi (فارسی) to English . and it worked
so i came here to report this issue, if someone face this problem in future he/she can solve that by him/herself
or maybe the app developers solve this for all Persian.
finally thank you so much for this awesome app for bypassing the censorship

Today My Device received update new Version of Android, my device upgrade from 4.3 to 4.4.2 & this bug Automatically Fixed.
