Open a specific port (cPanel port 2903)

Hi,

I need your help guys. :roll:
I installed VPNBOOK => OPENVPN + Tunnelblick
But all my cPanel accesses are refused and the message is "webpage not accessible", so I contacted the help desk of my webhosting and they told me to "open the port 2083" (or port 2903).
Is anyone can help me about how I can do that?
