VPN Reinstall Help - VPNBook

Hi ,Could anyone help with the following please?

I am currently using VPNBook euro1-tcp80 but need to change it to using a UK ip address via VPNBook.What is the best way of uninstalling my current one and reinstalling it to use the UK ip.I sure it's more than just add/remove programs in the Windows control panel.
