Openvpn client: best practises settings

Hi,

In the logfile of my Openvpnconnect, I find the following:

2014-01-16 22:50:30 UNUSED OPTIONS
9 [nobind]
10 [persist-key]
11 [persist-tun]
12 [user] [nobody]
13 [group] [nogroup]
14 [mute-replay-warnings]
15 [resolv-retry] [infinite]

My connection drops after ios goes on standby, then it says "authentication failed". Si now I d like to know how to correct and morover, what best practises settings configs look like.

Please discuss/advise/share your configs.
