OpenVPN v1.0.1 iPad Air iOS 7.0.3

Can anyone confirm that OpenVPN v1.0.1 Build 88 (iOS) DOES NOT WORK on iPad Air iOS v7.0.3 ?

OpenVPN server and (other) clients are OK and configuration is fully working. When I put connection to ON, status stays Disconnected and OpenVPN Log is empty (even with verb=9 in the client configuration file).

1 other forum post referes to an issue with the 64bit arch of the iPad Air.

Any ETA for a fix?

It's a known issue related to 64 bit architecture on iPAD Air and iPhone 5S.
