Problem Loading profiles

I'm having trouble loading a profile into Open VPN 1.5.6 if I try I get the following error message :"Expections:Attriburte Error:"NoneType" Object has no Attribute "get"

Does anyone know what I might have done to stop Open VPN working ?

I have un-installed the openvpn program and re-booted the computer then installed the openvpn program again but still get the same error message. The VPN service I'm using are telling that I must use the version they have told me to use openvpn 1.5.6

Any help would be great
