Split tunnel help

Hey guys.
Not sure if anyone else requested this or not.

But i need some help setting up our network.

We have a business case where we need to have the client have all routes go over it.
BUT
While on the VPN, they are not allowed to have internet access. Only that which is allowed in the subnets.

Any ideas on how to get this going?

OpenVPN-AS 1.8.5
CentOS 6.4 (latest updates)
OSI Layer 3
