Newbie and clueless...!

Basically, i'm trying to setup an OpenVPN on my Asus (Merlin) router. I have all the firmware installed and have been looking how to get the keys etc from my windows 8 computer. Problem is when I try to access \Program Files\OpenVPN\easy-rsa file on the command prompt I am not able to access it. Can anyone help?
