VPN in VPN possible?

Hey there.

I need to use a VPN to access the Internet at all. Is it possible (with OpenVPN) to establish another VPN-Connection within the first?

I know, I can use a router which handles the first VPN-connection and use OpenVPN on the computer to establish the inner connection - but my router cannot handle that....
