Javascript stopped working after installing OpenVPN

Hi,

I installed OpenVpn and after that all my browsers stopped to load javascript links. I know how it sounds and I tried every possible solution in Google,Bing and Yahoo. My javascript is enabled, just when I hit lets say some javascript windows in ebay.com it doesnt load. Same with all other websites which have javascript. I tried all browsers, reinstalled and etc. However when I start OpenVPN and load ebay.com or something else its working fine. I just cant figure out what its really going on here.Any advices?

They are completely unrelated. OpenVPN cannot stop JavaScript from working.
