liblzo2-2.dll missing after installion?

liblzo2-2.dll missing after installion?

Windows 7 install version 2.2.2 I can't seem to get the old version 1.03 to uninstall so I just tried installing over the old version. After seemingly successful installion I try and run the OpenVPN GUI and get the message "The program can't start because liblzo2-2.dll is missing from your computer". Is there any way to just get this file from somewhere and place it in individually in the correct folder? Or does someone have a better suggestion?
