OpenVPN 2.3.2 auth failed [HELP]

please help me, i download and install the software OpenVPN 2.3.2,
i follow the instruction, i download .ovpn file and put them in C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config
then i start the openvpn gui with administration privellages,,
then i connect, when i put user and my pass, it sad to it that auth failed, please help,
oh B.T.W my linux OS is windows 7 32 bit, please help, any help will appreciate,,
