"No connection could be made because the target machine...."

I've followed all the directions on vpnbook.com to install the openvpn client.

I try uploading one of the certificate bundles (?) onto OpenVPN Client, I put in the username and password on the vpnbook.com website, click CONNECT, and I immediately get an ERROR message that reads,
"Unable to obtain Session ID from vpnbook-eruo1-udp25000:443: XML-RPC: ConnectionRefusedError: 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.."

I've tried each of these certificates and I get the same message:
vpnbook-eruo1-udp53
vpnbook-eruo1-tcp443
vpnbook-eruo1-tcp80
vpnbook-eruo1-udp25000
vpnbook-us1-udp25000

Also, I am in the USA does it matter what certificate I use??

Please help!
