Hey, I am looking into the repercussions of the changes that Apple is making to the VPN functionality of iOS 6.1 as per it's loss to VirnetX's lawsuit case.
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4550
iOS is soon to loose the ability to provide 'VPN On Demand' as used by your product.
Does this mean that the OpenVPN client will have to be updated? Or could VirnetX come after you too?

Re: Apples loss vs VirnetX - Changes for OpenVPN iOS client?
OK, so I am digging around on this, and I have found this comment on the Apple fourm from a Cisco Anyconnect user:
They say: According to our Cisco contact, this change affects also 3rd Party VPNs on the iPhone. "For customers unhappy with this change, they will need to discuss this with Apple as this is not a Cisco feature and this change is not in our control."
So what I am trying to figure out is has Apple been in touch with OpenVPN (and others) and does this mean that the client app itself needs to change?
