Openvpn acces server, can connect cannot access LAN resourcs

Hi, i am evaluating the Openvpn access server appliance for the ssl vpn, i can connect to the server, but unable to access the lan resources.

vpn mode is Layer 2 (ethernet bridging)

cant find a howto on this, if someone can point me in the right direction that would be really great!
