Help! Paypal checkout in Swedish...

I even turned off openvpn but I'm still having issues.. it connects great.. no prob. there.. but I'm routing through Sweden and am in the US. So I'm trying to buy something on paypal and the whole page is in Swedish! I turned off the connection to openvpn but it still comes up on paypal in swedish.. ugh. I rebooted and opened and closed the browser and still the same issue.. Does anyone know how we see pages in english if we setup openvpn to route through another country??? Thanks so much for your answer.. I am hoping someone can help me today as it's a special price for an app I want that ends tomorrow...
