Start of Win7 RRAS prevented by OpenVPN network bridge

Hey guys,

the last couple of days I was dealing with the following issue.
I use the Win7-build-in VPN solution (incoming connection) and OpenVPN as well. Before you ask why: it's quite simple to vpn with android to win7. I know that this is possible now with OpenVPN but afaik only tun-devices can be used - and I need a tap-device in OpenVPN.

So, now to the issue. Some time after the OpenVPN installation I rebooted my PC and realized afterwards that the Win7 vpn-connection has disappeared. I recreated the incoming connection and everything was ok until the next reboot where the connection was gone again.
Browsing the event log, I found out that the "routing and remote access service" (RRAS) could not be started automatically. When I started the service manually, the Win7 vpn-connection was visible and usable again.

Yesterday I found the cause for this behavior. It is the network bridge between the OpenVPN-adapter and the physical lan-adapter. I need the network bridge for gaming. Without the bridge, some games just don't run in lan (e.g. C&C Tiberium Wars).
Once I remove the bridge, the RRAS comes up just as planned and everything works fine.

My solution to this problem is to start the RRAS delayed. First I tried 1min which did not do the trick, but 2mins are ok.

So, is this an OpenVPN-bug? do you have any explanation for this behavior and maybe a more elegant solution?
