Problem with installation of OpenVPN on 64bit Windows 7

Hi, I tried to install OpenVPN on 64-bit Windows 7 and had such error happened

Cann't write: C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenVPN\bin\openvpn-gui-1.0.3.exe.

The installation package I have used is:
http://swupdate.openvpn.net/community/r ... nstall.exe

I also installed Windows 64-bit TUN/TAP Driver using tap-win64.zip.

Can someone know any hint about this?
