How to open multiple ports in Access Server

I am trying to open two udp ports----500 and 9200. As it is, Access Server allows only config of one tcp and one udp port. I tried opening using iptable command via ssh and when i tried connecting via openvpn client, it didn't work. Please advice. Thanks.
