Unable to establish VPN

Hi,

Every time I establish the VPN, it will stuck and below:

I have perform some packet capture, and I found that there is some RST, DUP and retransmission packet.

If I use other ISP, to connect, there is no such packet when capturing.

Is there a firewall blockage or anything other issue.
I try telnet the IP with the port 1194, it able to access just the VPN unable to established.

Any advise?

please post configs and logs from server side...

to be able to telnet to port 1194 only tells half of the story (nat & firewall are ok).

Hi,

As I observed today, sometime I able to connect, when my line is not that congested.
But if the line is congested, it's unable to establish.

Is there need certain amount of bandwidth for establish the VPN?
Sorry that the server is in the other host which I'm not able to get it.

if your line its to sloooooow then try to set tls-timeout to greater that 2 (default)
