Cannot ioct|TUNSETIFF tun : Operation not permitted errno=1

Hi,

I am new in using openvpn via your-feedom on Linux (Ubuntu plaf : 12.04LTS)

I use freedom java version on my Ubuntu,

my permission for tun and openvpn is here,

k-n00b@n00bizk:/usr/sbin$ ls -al openvpn
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root adm 640504 Mar 31 00:00 openvpn


k-n00b@n00bizk:/dev/net$ ls -al tun
crw-rw-rw- 1 root uml-net 10, 200 Jun 21 22:12 tun


when i run your-freedom..
I got error msg

Cannot icot|TUNSETIFF tun : Operation not permitted errno=1


how can i solve this issue.

I find answer from google but my problem is not fix.

Please help me.
