Unable to save files while on OpenVPN

Hello everyone,

I just installed OpenVPN on my clients PC and everything seems to be working flawlessly with one exception, he cannot save files.

He can open and view files away from local with OpenVPN but saving files just does not work. I've googled and searched for the issue in this forum but cannot find
the answer which will solve this question...

I will appreciate any kind of suggestion.

we need more info about your setup if you want to help you.

how he access files? via smb?

99% is NOT openvpn related problem ,because openvpn has nothing to do with
file sharing

better check file permissions on server...
