web UI?

Hello,

Does openvpn offer a webUI interface where the user can browse to - register, and once he is activated download its profile package (client.conf + openvpn client)

Is that in the community edition of openvpn or OpenVPN AS?

Since OpenVPN-AS is not "free" to use and is based of licensing - I would rather like to use community edition. Does the community edition offer this? Any documentation that i can refer to?
