CBS Geographic content

Hi, I live in the UK and want to watch CBS online, which I cannot currently receive due to geographic filtering.
I found an article which suggested setting up a VPN via America, to unlock the content, however it did not give details how this was done.
I've downloaded and installed OpenVPN which presently sits quietly in my quicklaunch bar, and I am totally lost how to configure it, or what to do next.

Could OpenVPN be used for this purpose, and if so would I need to pay for a VPN service or is there a free alternative?

Any help would be appreciated.

You'll need an American based VPN service provider, this quick google turned up a few:

Thanks George, I followed your link, and can now get access via a free VPN service.
Watched some back episodes tonight - Great!!!
