Configuration file locations

I see a lot of references regarding locations when people talk about openvpn not openvpn-as. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to edit files using the command line? I made an error in the dhcp scope for the clients (used local network) and need to make a change and can't access the web interface anymore.......
