Microsoft Teams and OpenVPN

When I have started my OpenVPN Connect client and connect to my office network, most of the direct internet trafic is not using the tunnel, only office related traffic.

But, for example Microsoft Teams and Outlook (Office365) traffic are using the VPN to connect to the internet.
Is there an easy way to set this traffice to use my normal gateway instead of the using the VPN?

I'm using Mac OSX and the OpvenVPN connect client.
