Establishing VPN connection using USB WiFi stick

Hello, I would like to ask if anybody has an experience with establishing a VPN connection (to network in my work) from a computer, which is connected to the internet via USB WiFi stick (TP-Link AC600), as I do not have access to a cable connection.
I keep getting an error "TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds" and "TLS Error: TLS handshake failed". Is it possible to fix from my client side?

Sorry about this, I found a mistake in my config file (bad server IP), after correction everything works fine.
