User Connection Error - DynamicClientBase : Profile Sanitize Failed

Bit of a Curly one.
We have an access server 2.7.4, clients on latest version 2.7.1.
We currently have LDAP working.
When changing to Radius / MS-CHAP v2 which connects to NPS Server setup with Radius and with Shared Secret in radius settings. Clients are experiencing the following error.

The Connect to VPN, MFA Challengne prompt and accepted ( MFA logs show good challenge and connection )
User receives error on screen "vpn disconnected. DynamicClientBase: Profile sanitize failed on unsigned profile:'NoneType' object has no attribute 'replace'"
From log file.
[XMLProxyQueryProtocol,client] DynamicClientBase: DynamicClientBase: Profile sanitize failed on unsigned client profile: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'replace': client/dyncli:98,client/dyncli:190,client/dyncli:188,conf/sanitize:86 (exceptions.AttributeError)

little lost on this, support advised update to current VA. done. Still getting error.
Any suggestions be great as scratching my head on this one. We have done many changes to for OVPN using MFA (radius) and worked fine. This one just aint playing ball
