recover CA passphrase

I lost my CA pass phrase (CA = on separate pc). What can I do to recover it? Can somebody direct me to the right documentation?

That would be the piece of paper on which you wrote down the password ..

For the record, It is not possible to "recover" your CA Password.

If it were possible then it would be insecure ..
