Setting up on Pi using Raspbian - Getting Error

Not sure this is the right subforum, but here goes...

Going through the process detailed here: https://www.ovpn.com/en/guides/raspberry-pi-raspbian and am getting the following error:
"message": "Failed to fetch PTR for "my IP",
"success": false,
"type": "ValidationException"

ANY help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

I gloomily came to the ironic conclusion that if you take a highly intelligent person and give them the best possible, elite education, then you will most likely wind up with an academic who is completely impervious to reality.
