Hi, I have installed OpenVPN on my iPhone and it connects to my router without problems, but... the log contains a section w (Unexpected high amount of) UNUSED OPTIONS, which I recognize as being included in the .ovpn client config file (See below). The only “answer” that I could find so far, was that these commands are not supported. Do I have to worry about the security of my VPN connection? Do I have to modify my config file?
I am no expert re OPENVPN nor effects of not having these commands supported, so I hope someone in this forum can shed some light on it...
UNUSED OPTIONS
4 [resolv-retry] [infinite]
5 [nobind]
6 [user] [nobody]
7 [group] [nobody]
8 [persist-key]
9 [persist-tun]
17 [verb] [3]

Re: UNUSED OPTIONS in log
You can ignore those options
