Routing all client traffic through VPN not working with some ISP

I have set up OpenVPN using AWS AMI with 5 concurrent users. I have chosen to route all client traffic through the VPN. But unfortunately, the setup is not working with some of the ISPs. I'm connecting via India and the ISP that I used to try this was:
1) Asianet (Not working)
2) JIO (Working)

The setup works with a couple of other ISPs too. So is there any issues with that particular ISP (blacklist or something)? How can I know, what is the issue?

Dynamic Public IPs at that time:
1. Asianet: 111.92.79.160 (Not working)
2. JIO: 42.106.182.150 (Working)
