As the title says, I am doing something silly. I have set up a vpn with openvpn, and I can ping my router with its local IP, so I know the tunnel is working, but I cannot ping anything else.
Openvpn rules are
source 10.36.3.0/24 port -*- dest. 10.36.0.0/16

I gloomily came to the ironic conclusion that if you take a highly intelligent person and give them the best possible, elite education, then you will most likely wind up with an academic who is completely impervious to reality.

Yes, quite fast. This has been bugging me for a while, and I would like to start using openvpn so I am trying now to figure the issue out.
