connection timeout when opning .ovpn config file on iPhone

Hi,

Im a N00b on this so have mercy..

I have have an ASUS RT-AC66U Router, with software version 3.0.0.4.380_7378
I also have activate DDNS client and set-up OPENVPN settings.
I haven't change anything in the advance settings in the OPENVPN settings in the router.

I have export a configuration file to my iphone an open it with the OpenVPN app.
I add the profile but when i try to connect from my iphone it says waiting for server and after a while it says connection timeout..
(No bytes in only some Bytes out)

Anyone got a clue what im doing wrong ?

I have the firewall activated, can you point at some changes i might have missed ?
I am unsure what changes i must do, i thought the router made necessary changes when i activated DDNS and OVP ?

This forum does not support your firewall because we support OpenVPN.

I cannot say .. but clearly something is blocking you .. 99.99% the most likely candidate is your firewall because you have not configured it to allow incoming OpenVPN on UDP-1194.
