connection drops when leaving the app

connection drops when leaving the app
So I have a connection to my own home vpn server which works fine. Im trying to use another vpn service , imported the profile, connects, but as soon as I leave the app to say go and browse the net, the connection drops and the status stays as waiting for server.

If you pay for the service then you must contact them.
If it is a free service then perhaps their server is dropping you because it is too busy.

If I stay on the openvpn app, it stays connected permanently, the momemt I leave the app the connection dropsTinCanTech wrote:If you pay for the service then you must contact them.

We would need to see the openvpn config and log file ..
