Implement SSLVPN client on iOS platform

I am looking for an solution to integrate OpenVPN into my app on iOS platform. I consulted technical support from Apple, here's what he stated:

"If you’re heavily invested in OpenVPN then I think you should have a chat with the OpenVPN folks about this issue. I vaguely recall that they provide an SDK to help folks create VPN client apps, but they’d be able to confirm that one way or the other."

Is this true? What should I do if it is ture then, please help, thanks.
