I can clear the user and password fields but they refill when I go to get the password. I turn off the save switch but it turns back on and the user name and password fields refill with the old data. How can I enter and save a new user and password?

Sounds like you may be using a .opvn file that has the certificate and the password embedded (an autologin ovpn file). To make changes, you will need a version where it's not integrated. Might that be it?
