Where can I download latest apk?

Hi all

I have just ordered a nvidea shield TV, and I know it's got Google play on it but some reports say there is a bug and sometimes Google play store does not always work.

With this In mind anyone know where I can download the latest apk for open vpn for Android? So I can download it and side load of necessary?
