iOS 9: on demand doesnot work

Hi,
I'm new here and tried to find something with the search, but it yield to no result. Therefore just a short question: iOS 9: on demand doesnot work in my iPhone6 here. It worked before with 8.4.1. So is this a known problem or do I have to change some settings?

I have the same problem.
OpenVPN Connect works correctly "without" On-demand on the same profile.
but when i activate On-demand / Per-App VPN, OpenVPN breaks and no data goes thru the tunnel.

Same behavior for you?
