Auto start of app and connection on powerup of Android phone

Hello all,
Been trying to find out if there's a way I can have the OpenVPN App auto connect to a VPN on powerup. I seem to remember that it used to do this but at present it asks for confirmation as it brings up the VPN connection.

Could anybody tell me is the Connect Android App open source?

Still haven't heard anything about the license that OpenVPN Connect is licensed under. In the actual OpenVPN connect app on the Android the "About" information gives information about all the third party code used and the various license but does not indicate the license of the application. So I guess that the "Open" in the title is just a marketing Dept addition and the app is actually closed source?

Pity but C'est la vie, sorry for the stupid question.
