Rolling IP or disconnect/connect at regular schedule?

Hello!

Today I run the VPN with Hidemyass windows-client because of the need of "Rolling ip".
My question to you guys is if there is any finished script in OpenVPN that can run rolling ip numbers from a list?
Or a function or a feature that makes it disconnect/connect at regular schedule(random.se.hma.rocks).
