OpenVPN requesting login creds every 45 minutes.

I ran apt-get upgrade on my openvpn server (obviously running ubuntu server) and now I have a client that says she has to provide her login creds every 45 minutes of she gets kicked off the VPN. Everything works as it is supposed to except for this.
Has something changed? Has anyone else run into this? I haven't heard of this issue from any other user but, I'm not sure anyone else has been on for more than 45 minutes at a time.
